What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. All sales are final due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or exchange of equal value.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping services. However, all items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can monitor its delivery status. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping after production is complete.
