Because each helmet is individually manufactured and, where applicable, hand-finished, minor variations may occur between completed products.

Production & Shipping Information
Estimated Build Time: 2–4 Weeks
Our estimated build time refers to the active production process and does not begin on the date your order is placed.
Once your order reaches production and printing begins, you will be notified. From that point, the estimated 2–4 week production period covers printing, preparation, and any applicable finishing or painting.
Orders are completed according to our existing production schedule. Additional waiting time may occur before your order enters active production.

All production and shipping timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, product complexity, and unforeseen circumstances.

Helmet Straps: We do not provide helmet straps or retention systems. Due to variations in individual head shapes, sizes, and fit preferences, customers are responsible for determining their preferred method of securing the helmet if they intend to wear it.
Triblade To Base: customers are required to glue the Triblade to the helmet base, we recommend gorilla glue with the GREEN top, you may also use a little bit of hot glue for the cure time to speed up a tad but that is personal preference!
3D-Printed Characteristics: Due to the manufacturing process, minor layer lines, surface variations, or other typical 3D-printing characteristics may be present, particularly on Bare Print and DIY KIT options.
Hand-Finished Variations: Painted and weathered helmets may feature slight differences in color, finish, and detailing due to the individual finishing process.
Production Estimates: All build and shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. High order volume, material availability, or unexpected production delays may affect completion times.
