How do I place an order?
Placing an order with us is easy! Simply browse through our shop and select the item you’d like to purchase. Choose any available options (such as size or finish), then click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout. You’ll be asked to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your purchase. Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your order summary and tracking info once it ships. What is your return policy?
We do not offer refunds, as all of our items are made to order. However, we do accept returns or exchanges in specific cases:

What materials do you use?
All our props are 3D printed using high-quality PLA (Polylactic Acid) filament, which is durable, lightweight, and eco-friendly. PLA is perfect for creating detailed, fan-made replicas that look great and hold up well for display or cosplay.
Each piece is carefully finished, painted, and weathered by hand to bring out authentic details and a professional look. We also offer upgraded versions with extra finishing for a more polished appearance.
