Placing an order is simple! Just browse our collection of props, select what you like, and add it to your cart. When you’re ready, head to checkout to complete your purchase.

We use high-quality PLA plastic for our props, ensuring durability and a great finish that looks just like the real thing! Your satisfaction is our priority.

Our production time is typically 2 to 10+ weeks, as each item is made-to-order with care and attention to detail. Once your item is complete, shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days within the U.S. via tracked shipping. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Please note: These are estimated timeframes, and during peak times or with complex items, production may take slightly longer.

We do not offer refunds. However, we do accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. If this occurs, we’ll gladly replace the item with the same product or one of equal value.

To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. The item must be returned in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Absolutely! We offer customization options for many of our props. Simply contact us with your ideas, and we’ll do our best to make it happen!

At ATEAM3DPRINTING, each item is custom-made to order, and because of the nature of 3D-printed props and collectibles, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

However, we do accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

✅ Returns Are Accepted If:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• You contact us within 7 days of delivery

• You provide clear photos of the damage or defect

• The item is returned in original condition

Once approved, we will replace the item with:

• The same product, or

• Another item of equal value, based on your preference

❌ We Do Not Accept Returns For:

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Items returned without prior authorization

• Normal variations in 3D print texture or small cosmetic flaws

• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

📦 Shipping Costs:

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours

• We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your return

Our items are made to order and typically take 2–10+ weeks for production before shipping (3–5 business days in the U.S.). By purchasing, you agree to this timeframe.
